This secured section of the website enables you to store and retrieve all the personal information you provided when first you first registered.

What is my list of favourites ?

With your account,  you can create and manage lists of products that you wish to see or view again.  These lists enable you to place future telephone orders, prepare for a meeting with one of our sales representatives or simply to group together your favourite products and have the information to hand.


You can create as many lists as you wish, change, name, delete and send to whomever you wish at  any time.

How do I update my details ?

Open your account by clicking on My Account then My Login Details.


In accordance with the law, the ONIKA website is declared with the CNIL (National Freedom of Information Commission). 

Any information you have provided on is strictly confidential. will maintain confidentiality of your personal data in accordance with the Freedom of Information act of 6th January 1978.


You can change your personal data (such as your name, telephone number or your address) at any time.


In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act, you can access, block, change or delete all personal data. How can I reset my password ?

You can change your password at any time by clicking on the section « My account » then « my login details ».

I’ve forgotten my password

Go to « My account » and click on the link «Forgot your password?» .  You will be asked for the email address you used when you first registered.


For security reasons we will not resend your existing password.  The server will generate a new one for you which you can change by clicking on My Account then My Login Details.

You can cancel your account on at any time

Once your account has been cancelled, all your stored data will be deleted and you won’t be able to access it again.


To proceed with cancelling your account please click on the link « I wish to cancel my account » under the « Contact » section on the website.
